David Larchez has been the president and principal broker of Silverhawk Realty, a luxury brokerage located in Scottsdale, Arizona since 2011. In the last nine years, Silverhawk Realty has grown into a top-tier brokerage in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley communities and is now a leading brokerage in Arizona. Silverhawk Realty’s gross yearly sales volume has grown from a respectable $8 million in 2011 to over $30 million in 2020 and $34 million YTD in 2021. That’s over $195 million sold in the Valley to date since Silverhawk Realty’s inception!
To achieve this highly regarded position in today’s competitive luxury market, David brought his relentless work ethic and critical understanding of the real estate brokerage industry and married that with his impeccable service, professionalism and a personable and genuine approach to real estate.
For the last 15 years when not residing in Arizona, David and his family could frequently be found at their family residence in Midway, Utah, enjoying the great outdoors – skiing, fly fishing and hiking in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains. Due to a strong demand from his client base in Arizona, David decided to obtain his broker’s license in the state of Utah in August of 2020 and joined forces with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, a full-service brokerage in Utah known for bringing properties of all price-points and areas to market. With $5 million in deals now completed in Park City & Midway, Utah, David is able to offer the same high level of service and experience to his clients in the Park City, Midway and Heber Valley markets.
With a BS from Saint Michael’s College and a Master’s degree from Clarkson University, David initially began his career as a high-end residential construction manager in New England where he was born and raised. When he transitioned into the real estate world, the skills he had acquired transferred seamlessly into the luxury residential real estate market, allowing him to better serve his clients.
